Kasumigaseki Country Club
When Shakespeare was born in 1564, golf was already popular and he became a single skill. If you feel like him, you are a golf lover.
The kasumigaseki Country Club was founded as a place for those who were obsessed with the glamour of golf to spend their most valuable time. There was a beautiful golf ambience, and irreplaceable companions gathered at all times.
The club life of Kasumi originated from the fact that his friends continued to adhere to the rules of the club. The question of golf is the Country Club, and Kasumi wants to walk forward.

COURSE LAYOUT
The 36 holes in the beautiful forest spreading over the lush Musashino Hills are designed by top-notch designers who play a part in the golf tradition. Ponds, bunkers, and pine forests are strategically arranged, and fairways' inconspicuous ups have made a difference in play.
The chirping of the chickpeas is harmonised with the flowers weaving the four seasons, such as dogwood, hydrangeas, fist, and marronnier.

Course detail(Official website)
Front 9
Hole 1 | Par 4, Tournament 411, Black 398, Blue 397, White 306, Red 299 The start hole is a slightly shorter par 4 with a little dogleg and bunkers on the left and right of the riding area. Since the right side of the fairway is high and the tee shot flows to the right from the drop point, the best aim is slightly to the left from the fairway centre. It is relatively easy to aim from either the left or right of the second point if the pin is on the front of the green extending from the left to the back right, but it is not easy to stop the shot from the left side if the pin is in the back of the green. The recovery shot from the outside of the left side of the green will be the lower line and will be the most difficult angle. |
---|---|
Hole 2 | Par 4, Tournament 381, Black 372, Blue 358, White 329, Red 294 There are bunkers on the left and right near the second shot on the second hole, and it goes down while turning from right to left. A tee shot that exceeds the left bunker with a carry leaves the shortest approach to the green, but depending on the position of the pin, the bunker guards the left front, left and right side. The green that goes down from right to left is further inclined toward the bunker on the left outer side, and the approach from the right of the fairway is the most difficult because the drop point is tilted down. If the pin is placed on the right side of the green, it will make it easier to approach and take a birdie, but difficult recovery shot remains on shot spilled to the left. |
Hole 3 | Par 4, Tournament 459, Black 426, Blue 393, White 364, Red 333 If you hit a shot that exceeds the bunker on the left side of the fairway on the tee shot, you can make a two-shot on the green that extends from the left to the far right. To get on the green from the right side of the fairway, carry the bunker in front of the right side of the green, and the shot will pass through a narrow area where the forest on the right is also chasing, and accurate distance control is required. The tee shot that fell on the left side of the fairway uses the lower slope, and you can expect a long run. If the pin is in the foreground, it will be a difficult green, but the pin position in the back is wide and easy to get close to the pin, so you can expect a good score. |
Hole 4 | Par 3, Tournament 237, Black 200, Blue 177, White 149, Red 128 It is the longest hole in the eastern source par 3 and is downhill towards the green. If the pin is in the back, a right to left tee shot will go around the two bunkers on the left and head towards the pin. The front part of the green is a pin position that is one step lower, and you can set multiple pin positions toward the left back after that. The most difficult pin position is the right centre part, where the technique of hitting a ball that stops at the centre of the green that goes down from right to left is tested. The recovery shot will be the gentlest from the front of the green edge, but the ball falling to the far right of the green will be on the bottom and will be the most difficult recovery shot. |
Hole 5 | Par 5, Tournament 640, Black 590, Blue 550, White 507, Red 462 This longest par 5 hole is a difficult hole with a bunker on the right side of the second dogleg to the right. In addition, bunkers placed on the left and right near the third shot point guard both sides. In order to put the third shot on the green, it is necessary to judge the aim of the second shot by looking at the position of the pin and matching it with the hitting distance of the club. The front part of the green that extends from the left to the back right is wide, and you can choose to roll it and put it on the green. The left side of the green surface is wide and easy to pull, but if the pin is on the right side, it will be an up line and a very approach shot is required when aiming for this narrow pin position close to the guard bunker on the right. |
Hole 6 | Par 4, Tournament 386, Black 360, Blue 334, White 302, Red 249 It is a hole where you can see the fairway bunker in front of you 300 yards away. The fairway beyond the second point turns sharply to the right, and it is best t place te tee shot on the right edge of the fairway to aim for the green between the two bunkers in front of the green. A tee shot that goes too far to the left also risks blocking visibility to the green with a high mound behind the fairway bunker. There are many unique pin positions on the green with a slight height difference that is slightly uphilled from the second point. The pin position on the green front part at the back of the guard bunker. The pin at the back of the green has a slight slope and is a place where you can easily get a score. |
Hole 7 | Par 3, Tournament 217, Black 194, Blue 170, White 139, Red 124 It is a little downhill short hole. The green, which has a sufficient area and extends from the left to the left back, has a shape that makes it easy for a ball hit by a long club to stop and roll the ball to the pin on the left back. The left side of the green is guarded by the bunker in front of the left side, but the front part of the green is wide open and it is possible to approach with a rolled ball. An accurate shot is required for the pin in the high step on the far right, and a ball that exceeds the pin will have a difficult lower putt. Recovery shots from the front and left of the green are relatively easy, but shots from the high rough on the back and right will be steep and difficult. |
Hole 8 | Par 5, Tournament 586, Black 569, Blue 539, White 494, Red 442 It is the shortest par 5 on the eastern course, and if you make two nice shots in a row, you can make a two-shot on the green. A long tee shot to the right of the fairway centre is required to aim for the green with a slight turn from right to left throughout the hole. Bunkers on the left front and back right of the fairway are the targets of the hole strategy. You can choose whether to carve the second shot in front of the bunker, pass it through the narrow space between the bunker in front of the green, or exceed the bunker with an accurate and long shot. The straightly long and thin green that is almost straight to the centre line is divided into the front and the back by the middle step. The left side of the green is guarded by a bunker and the ball diverted to the right fall onto the lower fairway, but recovery shot will not be difficult. |
Hole 9 | Par 4, Tournament 521 | 487, Black 445, Blue 408, White 374, Red 351 It is a challenging hole that is suitable for closing the half. By placing the tee shot on the right side of the fairway centre near the fairway bunker, it is possible to reduce the bad influence of the bunker in front of the green. The green, the largest on the eastern course, consists of three large pin positions surrounded by various slopes. The front of the green is wide open, and if you are on the fairway in front of the green, it will be easy to get close to the pin to the front or right with the third shot, and a par will be possible. It will be the most difficult shot to get the ball to the pin placed in the back left because it has a complicated shape and a green surface beyond the left bunker. |
Back 9
Hole 10 | Par 3, Tournament 189, Black 168, Blue 141 This is the 10th hle that is the most photogenic on the course. The three tees from the back will continue to hit the horizontal green guarded by two deep bunkers over the old pine trees and pond. The green is the lowest on the left and gradually rises to the right, with the highest on the far right. It will be a relaxed tee shot with less risk. Putting the under stepped pin position can be challenged. |
---|---|
Hole 11 | Par 4, Tournament 461, Black436, Blue 410, White 385, Red 320 The slightly longer hole is the first hole in which 3 par 4 holes with individuality are connected. A hole with a fairway bunker inside the right dogleg, and the fairway is high on the left side, and the bounce of the tee shot is easy to flow to the right. A better approach is possible by placing the ball on the left fairway with a right to left tee shot for a more favourable second shot. The long, narrow green that extends from the left to the far right is guarded by the left and right bunkers in the front half, but the front part is open. Accurate approach shot is required for elongated green. It will be a relatively easy recovery shot from the front and back. |
Hole 12 | Par 4, Tournament 499, Black 463, Blue 433, White 407, Red 376 | 355 It is the longest hole in the east course, a par 4 hole on the left dogleg. The bunker on the far left of the fairway is a concern for long hitters, but it is the direction of the approach that requires more accurate judgement. Considering the direction of the green, the approach from the right side of the fairway is a straighter angle. The green is deep in the back and gradually rises from the left front to the left back. Bunkers in front of the left side of the green are difficult and should be avoided. There is a bunker on the far left, so if you want to make a score, it is on the right side. The outside of the front right of the green is high, and you can expect a kick toward the green even with an approach shot that deviates slightly to the right. An approach shot that accurately grasps the drop position to the pin and avoids long putts will be the key to the score. |
Hole 13 | Par 4, Tournament 398, Black 377, Blue 341, White 323, Red 287 There is no distance, but it is a challenging hole. Allows open angle approach shot only from the left fairway near the fairway bunker. The approach of aiming at the pin from other places requires carrying a bunker. The green surface has a gentle shape as a whole, and except for the bunker, the slight slope can be widely drawn around the green. |
Hole 14 | Par 5, Tournament 632 | 596, Black 571, Blue 539, White 513, Red 452 It is a hole that is far enough in the last par 5 of the round. There are bunkers on the left side of each of the second and third shot points f the fairway, which is surrounded by trees and has swells on the left and right. To aim for the green with the second shot, you need to cross the two bunkers to the left to the third shot or attack with an angled draw ball. The third shot approach to the uphill green is an easy angle to aim for, but the bunker guards the left and right front sides. The green centre has a vertically long low pin position from the front to the back, and pins may be placed on the left and right steps as well. |
Hole 15 | Par 4, Tournament 403, Black 392, Blue 373, White 345, Red 320 A medium-distance par 4 with a slight uphill from the tee to the green. The left and right sides of the second point are guarded by bunkers and considering the distance of the hole, it is one of the options to carve in front of the bunker. There is a distance from the tee ground to the fairway bunker on the right, and the fairway in front is wide on the right, so it is a good idea to aim at the bunker on the righ and take a tee shot. The best angle to approach the green is from the right side of the fairway. A green with a large area will have a more difficult pin position on the front side than on the back half. Also, the right side of the green centre has a slight slope that changes from the back to the lower part in the foreground, so careful reading is required. The back edge of the green has a slope from the outside mound, making it easier to stop approach shot that is a little too long. |
Hole 16 | Par 3, Tournament 203, Black 185, Blue 163, White 138, Red 115 This hole is a vertically elongated green guarded by two bunkers on the right side. To aim for the pin cut in the back left, the pine tree on the left side. Considering the green surface that slopes from right to left, the draw ball from right to left is the best. The change in the slope of the green is gentle, but the width of the green is narrow, so an accurate recovery shot is required to move from the rough side. Recovery shots from the front and back where you can use the green for a long time in the vertical direction are likely to be one. |
Hole 17 | Par 4, Tournament 343, Black 323, Blue 305, White 267, Red 247 The distance is short, 323 yards, but it is possible to reach the green with a driver depending on the position of the tee in a hole where many hole strategies can be considered from the tee shot. The safest tee shot is to carve a wide area on the fairway with a short club, but a long approach shot over a large bunker guarding the front of the green remains. If you want to aggressively attack, you can choose to carry the tee shot to the small right fairway bunker and carry the ball to the right edge of the green. Each of the relatively large greens on the course has a small area of pin position divided by subtle stages, and accurate approach shots and recovery shots are required to bring them closer. It is a hole with various strategies. |
Hole 18 | Par 4, Tournament 500 | 466, Black 436, Blue 405, White 366, Red 329 An exciting and challenging hole for the end of the round. There is a large fairway bunker that guards the inside of the right dogleg hole, and if you hit a long fade from left to right accurately, the downhill slope of the bunker will allow you to take a tee shot that extends further. It will be a downhill shot over the pond and bunker to the big green. The most difficult of the three guard bunkers surrounding the green is the bunker shot on the left, which slopes down toward the pond. The most difficult pin position is the right front part near the pond and near the front bunker. If you are aiming for one putt, the close-up front the left side in front of the green is the angle with the highest par probability. It will be the final hole that will produce a fantastic drama. |
West Courses
The West Course is an elegant course designed by Mr. Seiichi Inoue, but many of them are forced to attack pinpoint from tee shots. When you enter the IN, the scenery has changed drastically and can be said to be elegant with ponds and creeks. However, its elegance also has a number of traps. Accurate shots are required, followed by unshy holes.

Practice Range
It is also the advantage of Kasumi that the practice area is substantial.
In addition to the 250-yard driving range, there are five pitching, running, bunkers and greens for each shot, so you will not be ashamed of the name of the practice park.
There are many members who spend their holidays here all day, as they are dedicated to several professionals in charge of lessons and giving friendly instruction.
